On 17th October, Burton Copeland attended the autumn Posh Pub Quiz organised by the Manchester Law Society.

Taking place at the excellent Manchester Hall, the quiz saw 13 teams thrashing it out to see who would be crowned the cleverest law firm in Manchester! Teams were playing for the grand prize of five bottles of Champagne and a massive box of chocolates. There was also a prize for the team with the best name, and the team in last place would walk away with five x £5 Greggs vouchers (so it was almost worth coming last!)

Our team, called And In Last Place, was made up of Rebecca Lloyd, Nick Terry, Richard Black and Kirsty Covey.

Rounds included music, TV, general knowledge, and a cartoon-themed picture round. When it came to final scores, it was tight at the top with only two and half points between the top three places.

Out of the 13 teams, the Burton Copeland team came a respectable 6th place. Well done team!
