For the 7th year running, Manchester defence solicitors Burton Copeland are delighted to be included on the Times and Statista ‘Best Law Firms’ award list.
The Times partnered with Statista, an international market research firm carried out the research by contacting more than 20,000 solicitors in England and Wales, and hundreds of clients, asking them to recommend the best law firms in a number of fields. As a first in the UK, this list establishes The Times’ “Who is the lawyers’ lawyer?” Respondents were not allowed to recommend their own law firm, and technology and other scrutiny in place to prevent multiple voting. Out of 10,000 law firms in England and Wales’s, more than 500 received commendations, and the ones with the most votes made it into The Times Best Law Firms 2025.
The list comprises of 250 law firms in the UK and Burton Copeland are shortlisted in the financial crime, fraud and regulatory categories. The profile written by The Times states:
